  • We do not use purchased, scraped, or third-party contact lists.
  • We do not send unsolicited bulk marketing campaigns by default.

3. No Marketing Subscription by Default

At this time, Genrisolv does not operate a newsletter or promotional subscription list for general marketing emails. Communications are primarily transactional, operational, or support-related.

Verified no-contact requests are handled promptly. Critical security or legally required notices may still be sent when applicable.

5. Abuse and Complaint Handling

  • Abuse, spam, or complaint reports can be sent to support@genrisolv.com.
  • Each report is reviewed, investigated, and addressed to prevent recurrence.
  • Where necessary, we suppress recipients, adjust sending practices, and apply additional safeguards.

6. Deliverability and List Hygiene

  • We monitor bounces and complaints and remove problematic recipients when appropriate.
  • We avoid repeated contact attempts to invalid or unreachable addresses.
  • We align communications with responsible sender practices and platform requirements.
